These terms apply to the Coating Engine site, its forms, the free resources and the messages we send. By using the site, sending a form, booking a call or signing up for our messages, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Coating Engine runs ads, landing pages and follow-up for epoxy and concrete coating contractors. It is a brand of Traffic To Talks v.o.f. (details above). In these terms, "we" means that company.

2. Using the site

Use the site and its forms for lawful business purposes only. Give us accurate information, and only a phone number and email address that are yours to use. Do not misuse our systems or get in the way of the service.

3. The free resources

The Owner's Manual, the AI Playbook, the Competitor X-Ray, the Engine Check and Floor Math are information. They are not a guarantee of results, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice.

The numbers on this site, including the ones in Floor Math and the Engine Check, are examples. They show how the math works. They are not a promise of what you will earn.

The Competitor X-Ray is built from public information at the time we look. Things change, so check what matters to you.

4. Booking a call

Booking a call does not commit you or us to anything. A working relationship starts only when both sides sign a written agreement.

If the time stops working, use the link in your confirmation to move it. We may also need to reschedule, and we will tell you as early as we can.

5. Our guarantee

What the site says about our guarantee is a summary. The guarantee is governed by the agreement you sign with us, not by the website. If the two differ, the signed agreement applies.

6. Text messages

If you tick the text message box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Coating Engine at the number you gave us. They can include confirmations and reminders about your call, the Owner's Manual, the AI Playbook, your Competitor X-Ray and occasional updates.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or write to contact@coatingengine.com.
• You must be at least 18, and the number must be yours.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The text, branding, designs, tools and materials on the site and in the free resources belong to Traffic To Talks v.o.f. or its licensors. You may use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell or share them commercially without our written permission.

8. Third parties

We use software, hosting, advertising platforms and messaging services from other companies. We are not responsible for outages or delays on their side that we cannot reasonably control. The site may link to other websites, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue, lost profit or lost data that comes from using the site, the free resources or our messages. The exception is intent or deliberate recklessness. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The latest version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
