What does a floor like this cost?
It depends on the square footage, the condition of your slab, and the finish you choose. We give you a firm written quote at the on-site estimate, with no surprises.
How long does a polyaspartic floor last?
A coated floor lasts as long as its prep. That is why every Flakes 4X floor starts with careful concrete prep and an epoxy vapor barrier, which stops the peeling, bubbling and adhesion failures moisture causes.
How soon can I park on it?
Flakes 4X goes down in one day. At the inspection we tell you exactly when you can walk on it and park on it, because that depends on the temperature.
Can you do my patio too?
Yes. Flakes 4X is made to take the sun, UV and temperature swings without fading, so it works on covered patios, terraces and other outdoor areas as well as garages.
Does it hide cracks and stains?
We fill cracks and joints first, and the full-coverage flakes hide most stains and surface marks. We show you at the inspection what will and won't show.
Is it slippery when wet?
No. The full flake broadcast creates a slight texture that actually increases traction compared to bare concrete.
